The portal returned to normal. All extractions will be performed.

Update
The execution of extractions for annual_tax_return were disabled, as at the moment the portal is failing 100% for all extractions for Annual Tax Return. We will continue monitoring, when the portal returns to normal we will reprocess all pending and failed extractions.
