Tax status extractions intermittently failing

The portal is now responding normally. We've reprocessed the failed extractions that failed all of their attempts.

Identified

The SAT's tax status portal is returning 500 errors when generating the tax status. This is causing the tax status extractions to intermittently fail and be retried. We will retry extractions that have exhausted their retry attempts when the portal is operating normally again.
