Monitoring - We've processed all pending credentials are are in the process of retrying credentials that failed due to an error.

Identified - We've identified that the SAT is currently performing poorly resulting in credential validations to be slow and intermittently fail.

There have been no lost credentials as part of this.

We'll retry all failed credentials from today once the issue is resolved.

Resolved - The tax status portal is operating normally. Extractions have been resumed.

Identified - The SAT's tax status portal is intermittently unavailable. Due to this, we've temporarily paused tax status extractions. We will retry any failed ones and resume processing when the portal is back to normal.

Resolved - At this time everything is back to normal and extractions are processing normally.

Identified - We discovered an issue that was causing extractions to need to be retried many times before they succeeded or failed. We're working to resolve the issue.

We've temporarily disabled running extractions until the issue is resolved. We'll be retrying extractions that are affected once the issue is resolved.
